1. Remove, repair and install 3 of loading arm steering cylinders.
2. Supply of mobile crane, scaffolding and rigger services for the repair works on the Marine Loading Arms.
3. Removal of loading arm no 3 counterweight wire rope and install on loading arm 2.
4. Removal of worn counterweight wire rope on loading arm no 2.
5. Testing and Commissioning of Marine Loading Arm 2 (service provider is to provide a hydraulic specialist/technician competent to perform repairs on Hydraulic systems inclusive of mechanical, electrical and Instrumentation and control
